I think I will just stroke out and Die

What kind of world is it where you can't even get help from doctors? I can't get out of here to get to my pharmacy, so I asked the pharmacy in town to let me have a couple of pills - but no!! They won't call my pharmacy. I have to get my pharmacy to transfer the prescription to a pharmacy up here. The last time that happened, it was all hopelessly horked up, and I couldn't get my refills locally back the way it was. I hate people I hate people who won't give me what I need..
